I don't do prices on a podcast that lives forever - and everything right now is customized/bespoke - but you will know a range before we jump on the phone. I don't do sales calls disguised as "clarity calls". They are quick "fit" chats to see what your needs are.

Welcome to this double-drop Transformational Tuesday — two quick tips, two powerful transmissions. In this episode from the archives, you’ll hear:
- Why some lessons must be experienced to be embodied (hat tip to James Clear).
- How 3-line energy in Human Design can affects your business model as much as your messaging.
- Behind-the-scenes of how my offers mutate, and why I intentionally leave the “messy middle” visible.
- Why flexibility isn’t unprofessional — it’s strategy for 3-lines.
- A permission slip to stop waiting for polish and start embracing just doing the thing.
🎧 You’ll also hear an old outro from a previous podcast era. I left it in on purpose. Because evolution isn’t just inevitable — it’s beautiful.
🌀 Mentioned in this episode:
- Youtube Profile Video [Quick explainer video on Human Design profile lines]
- Emotional Authority Episode [Episode on emotional authority — must-listen if you have it]
- Snake Skins Episode
- Business Mistakes into Golden Wisdom

Hey everyone. Today is a transformational Tuesday. There are two tips and there are two episodes dropping today. Did you catch that? If you didn't, don't worry about it. So this is an episode from the archives, right? Something called Transformational Tuesday, and I'm putting a little thing at the beginning to explain some stuff, and that's a whole tip into itself.
And then there's a tip, that's the actual episode. So that's a tip into itself. So this is a transformational Tuesday with two tips. And I'm releasing two episodes today, and they're quick.
And I'm gonna give you a quick introduction here because I wanna share two things.
Number one, in this episode, I share about the three line in human design. I also share about trial and error. And I'm doing that by design because there's a couple episodes coming up on the profile lines, and I want you to have a better understanding of them if you have no idea what profile lines are.
I have a YouTube video that's really quick. I will link that in the show notes. And I will also link the episode [00:01:00] that I'm referencing on emotional authority in the show notes, not an episode. You wanna skip if you have emotional authority as a business owner. I think in that episode I also teach you how to find that out for free in like five minutes.
So this little quick preamble is to let you know. Three things and then I'm gonna get into the episode. The first one is that my understanding of the three line has expanded even beyond what it is when I recorded this episode probably over a year ago, and it's why I show you some of the trial and errors that I'm doing.
So when I say on the podcast. You know, I'm doing a beta for my Cosmic Clarity sessions, which now became astrology activation. See, even the name is mutated, right? Everything mutates and I share, well, I'm doing it this way because I wanna test the Voxer for four days versus five days. I explain why I'm doing that [00:02:00] because as someone with a majority of three lines, but unconscious, to me it is less about that trial and error is gonna be like a public facing part of my brand.
So that's gonna be limited in what I share. It's more that my business model is going to be honed through a lot more trial and error than maybe somebody else. It's why, right now my business model is very flexible. It's why right now I don't have a huge website backend operations flow. Email automations, lead magnets, all that shit. Because I'm figuring a lot of stuff out behind the scenes and I'm letting myself test and learn not only in line with my design and what I wanna do, but also different things that work with me. So my business model is gonna have to be a lot more flexible and incorporate trial and error into it.[00:03:00]
Then somebody else who does not have a majority of three lines. And since I talk a lot about trial and error in three line stuff, and I talk a lot about mistakes, I also wanna just be talking about like the business model aspect of it, because that's also foundational to setting yourself up to win.
It's not just the sales messaging marketing piece, the sales messaging marketing piece is the outward expression. And the business model is the inward expression. They're both part of the puzzle. So that's number one. And number two is you'll hear at the end that I share. Thanks for coming to this transformational Tuesday from the Aligned Alchemist.
At the end, you'll hear a sign off, and that sign off is from my old podcast and it has an old. Segment in it. I'm not taking that out. I want you to hear that because that's the [00:04:00] mutation of create a project, things mutate, and it's fun to see how things evolve. As you know, the aligned Alchemist became the brand, and in an episode about snake skins or something like that, snake shoes, shoes that don't fit anymore. I'll link that below. I talk about the day and the moment that that happened. So, yeah, that's just it.
And as we go, I'll share more about this, but if you are watching the podcast on YouTube and you watched all of the old episodes, I don't care what the thumbnail looks like. If you watch some of the older episodes, you're gonna see a variety of different static images as the cover. You're literally gonna see the name of the podcast evolve.
You're gonna see the cover evolve. I can't hide that. I don't wanna hide that. I am gonna do an introductory episode when all is said and done. When I get a minute, and then I'll talk about the name of the podcast, where it come about, what it means, who's it for, blah, blah, blah.
And if you've been around for a while and you've heard all the different names we've had, aligned, CEO Aligned Alchemist, awaken Your Inner [00:05:00] Magic, rewiring the Unscripted Path. All, the essence was there. The forum changed. And sometimes the form is external and it's frozen in time. We can try to hide it.
I could edit out the ending of this to sound more polished. Fuck that. Fuck Polish. I am showing you mutation of creative expression in real time, and that's what's interesting to me. So I just wanted to share that with you so you have a little bit more of a bird's eye view on this episode, and the episode into itself is useful anyway.
Oh my God, I got an alarm going off, so I'm jumping in here. I'm not editing that out. And it reminded me to tell you one more thing. This episode was recorded when I had a different quality of sound input, so there's no background noise. It's not annoying. It's just not as the polish that I have now.
So again, it's something to be aware of. It's just take that first step, keep on going. Don't try to be [00:06:00] perfect. Let your creative projects mutate and evolve if that's a lesson that you need to take from that, great. That's part one, lesson of the today's podcast, and part two is what the original episode was, so I'll let you listen to that now.
And today's quote today's tip is inspired by James clear, the famous personal development author. And. This quote is some lessons have to be experienced to be learned. Some lessons have to be experienced to be learned. Not exactly eight ground breaking quote. But something that I do think about, and the reason that I think about it is because. Two things. One. I have a majority of three lines in human design. I probably talked about the profile lines on this podcast. And in a nutshell, the three line is the trial and [00:07:00] error. And it is also associated with the entrepreneur. Now all of entrepreneurship is trial and error, regardless of what your profile looks like. But if you have a majority of three lines or a three-line in your profile, Which is gonna be a lot of people. It's just a more common profile line. You live a lot of your life. Through trial and error. You have to do things you're away. You have to touch. Your hand to the stove to figure out if it's hot.
And a lot of times in business and in the online business world, that's the world I play. I can't speak to other. Business. Selling points. It's often sold as.
I want to save you. The mistakes that I've made. Buy my course. I want to save you what to do wrong. Do this instead. And it always kind of rubs me the wrong way, probably because I'm a majority of three lines, something I didn't learn until I was 40 plus. [00:08:00] And I just don't feel that that's possible. Maybe that's possible for other people. Maybe that's possible for you. But for me, I think in business, especially the audience for this podcast, you have to learn your lessons your way, because what's a lesson for somebody else. The mistakes that somebody else are going to make are not going to be the mistakes that you're going to make. They just aren't you're on a different timeline. You're on a different trajectory. You have different sets of skills. You've got different life experiences. You have different subconscious blocks. You're going to make mistakes your way. Somebody else is going to make mistakes there way you two are gonna make the same mistakes and they're gonna look completely differently. In my experience. Some, if not, all lessons have to be experienced. To be learned.
In addition to being aligned three, I'm an emotional authority. I've talked about authority as well on this podcast. Emotional authority means that you need to pause for a beat before you make a big decision. [00:09:00] What's a big decision to you. That's up to you. What's a outplay of time, money and resources. That's going to be specific to you. Spending a million dollars on something is going to look very different for me than it is for somebody else who is a millionaire. We're a multimillionaire. So. I recently had a conversation with a client and we were talking about emotional authority. She had emotional authority. We were working through some of the decision-making that she was going to be making, as she grows her business. And. She's like, well, what does that mean? And I can't really explain what , her emotional authority is. She has to understand her wave. She has to understand what that clarity looks like and feels like in her body, which is not going to be what clarity looks like and feels like in my body.
I don't know if I've shared this on this podcast. I'm sure I have that. I entered into a large traditional coaching program. I did not listen to my emotional authority before I decide society to invest in that program. That was a [00:10:00] considerable, huge outpouring of time, money and energy. In retrospect, that was not the right move for me. At that time, it might've been a move from me in the future, but not at that time. And I have now learned my lesson. I will never not honor my emotional authority again, but I had to learn my lesson my way. Reading a book on human designed was not going to do it for me. Getting a training on human design was not going to do it for me. I had to understand.
What to do wrong. And I had to understand what clarity feels like in my body. And that is only something I can do. So my lesson today comes to you from James clear. And that is. That. Lessons have to be experienced to be learned. Thank you for listening to transformational tips on the aligned alchemist
